The eyes function works by a light from an object striking the cornea through the pupils which cuts down the light, a crystalline lens that sits inside the eye, produces fine focusing, which produces a clear image that is sent directly to the back of the retina as an object, and gets translated and relayed to the brain by electrical impulses. Concentrating for long periods may appear to make the eyes feel strained, but this is caused by the muscles on the eyelids being in a fixed position, which stops the eyes from movement, and the eyelids from blinking. Every 2-4 seconds the eyelids blink, but when driving or reading this number is reduced to every 10-12 seconds. The eyesight vision is a special gift and should be looked after.

Finding a lump in the breast does not mean it has to be cancer, a lump could just be an accumulation of fat cells, blocked duct, or a cyst. Detecting a lump in its early stages, may reduce the chances of losing a breast or one’s life. Go to see your doctor when detecting anything that looks or feels abnormal. Examine yourself for breast cancer every month, buy using a mirror that is situated in the front of your body, look at your breasts, and take care in identifying any differences between them, then putting your hands high above your head, turn from side to side, taking care to inspect the breasts and the under arm pits for any lumps, swelling, different coloured skin, the next stage is to lie on a bed and put your right arm above your head, and using the left hand to feel the left breast, using gentle movements, pressing on the breast tissues in a crossway angle, this also helps if there is any dimpling, or tightness in the breast or skin, and then repeat using the right hand, making sure you have examined both breasts thoroughly. Perming the Hair
When considering having a perm, think about the shape of your face, and consider if the style will suit you. Perming the hair will not just add curls but also adds volume and fullness. A very good fact to consider about perming the hair is that a perm cannot be washed out; it has to grow out, which could take six months to a year. The hair can be straightened by using a straightner. But be careful because straightners produce heat, which causes damage. A mixture of the chemicals that are used in the perming solution, and the heat from the straightners, will dry and damage the hair and could cause the hair break off, this break of hair could be at the bottom or by the scalp, it could also leave you with dry, damaged, dull in colour hair, and bald patches.
