Cosmetic Surgery – Eyelift

The eyelift surgery is designed to remove excess skin on the upper and lower eyelids that have developed a sagging, overlaying appearance with ageing. It is used not only for cosmetic purposes, but for medical problems, i.e.: difficulties with vision. Some patients the skin around the eyelids have become so lose, that they lay heavily over the eye, and interferes with the vision, it also can make the eyes tired, and give an appearance aging. The eyes are a facial feature that are most looked at and define the actual age of a person. Eyelift surgery consists of a small incision along the fold of the upper eyelid, and along the lower eyelash line, the excess skin is removed and unnoticeable stitches are used to close the wound, these stitches will be removed within 3 days. Cosmetic surgery defies the signs of aging, but should be considered with great care, making sure the procedure chosen is the right one for you, and by understanding all the information given, and having a good comfortable, trustworthy relationship with your surgeon.
