Ear pinning cosmetic surgery consists of the re-modelling and repositioning the ears to the side of the head. Otoplasty is the medical term for ear pinning surgery, and may be performed on children from the age of 4 years in special cases, but normally the nose must be fully developed and will only be operated on at the age of 15 years.
