
This is my grandson Nathian showing his new body shape, he has gained this shape by eating a healthy diet and regular exercise. Eating the right foods and drinking plenty of water with regular exercise can slow down the ageing process, give us a healthy heart, and more confidence. Did you know that the Body shape is a mixture of thing a reflection of the genes, the reflection being our lifestyle the way we eat, exercise and the way we balance our body. For a majority of people especially in women wish for a better shape, A good recommended healthy diet, light every day exercise programme, and drinking at least two pints of water a day, will earn you the body you have been waiting for, all you need is a positive attitude and away you go.
